It actually strikes me as an uncomplimentary picture. First the "splotch" on her belt line is odd. Second, her skin resilience, especially on her side, isn't what it used to be (much like mine, her contemporary). Wearing a well cut one-piece would be a lot sexier. Finally, compare this to a photo of Bonnie Hunt to see what a natural 46-year old looks like. It's the difference between aging gracefully and savaging your face to try to stay preternaturally young.

While her bolt-on boobs are still in decent shape (though still fake looking), her face looks like her last plastic surgeries have passed their freshness dates, and everything behind and below her cheeks is turning into turkey waddle. She now looks older than her actual age.

Heather may very soon look scary like Priscilla Presley or Melanie Griffith. I'll take Bonnie in a heartbeat.

I'll put my two cents in, as though people really care what I think. First of all I didn't recognize Heather
period, I guess she doesn't have any makeup on in this photo. Yes, there is makeup for the outdoors and waterproof. Heather is a very pretty women, however this photo is not good. She looks older than
46 years, more like 56 on this photo. As for for her figure, she gets judged as an actress who makes her living based on her looks, and therefore figure is not good either, waistline is too big. If she were an oridinary 46 year old with two children, I'd give her a past, provided she were middle class or poor.
Rich people have access to a lot more services that are too expensive for the poor and middle class . If the middleclass, don't get some form exercise at home and overeat, and go to fast food restaurants with their children and eat the food there they can get out shape, and after 40 getting back in shape isn't that easy.

she's ONLY 46? I thought she was older. She looks great, but she's always looked great. Mid-40's women are still very hot, I don't think Heather looks any better than the average. Given that it's her job to look good and she has lots of money to do so, she doesn't really look any better than many women her age and older.
