Adam Goldberg is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and co-leader of Orrick's Public Strategies and Crisis practice. He served in the White House as Special Associate Counsel to the President from 1996 to 1999, providing advice on crisis communications and political strategy for the campaign finance, Monica Lewinsky, technology-transfer, and other investigations. Serving as a White House spokesman, Mr. Goldberg worked on congressional, Department of Justice, and independent counsel inquiries. Before the White House, Mr. Goldberg served as the Director of Rapid Response for Special Projects during the 1996 presidential campaign, and earlier focused his career on government relations at a large law firm. Mr. Goldberg is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches a class on crisis management and communications. He is also the co-author of published articles on congressional investigations and crisis communications. Mr. Goldberg graduated from Harvard Law School in 1994.

Josh Galper is a partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and co-leader of Orrick's Public Strategies and Crisis practice. He has extensive experience in political communications, speechwriting, and strategy honed in presidential, statewide, congressional, and municipal campaigns, as well as on Capitol Hill and in a governor's office. He was a senior communications and foreign policy aide to former U.S. Senator David Boren. Among other races, Mr. Galper worked on the presidential campaigns of Bill Bradley and John Kerry, and was Rahm Emanuel's communications director in his first congressional campaign. In 2004 and 2008, Mr. Galper was a member of the onsite speechwriting teams at the Democratic National Convention, where he helped podium speakers draft their speeches and prepare their presentations. Mr. Galper is an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center where he teaches crisis management and strategic communications. Mr. Galper graduated from Yale Law School in 1999.
