Aditi Nerurkar is a physician & integrative medicine fellow at Harvard Medical School & Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She has been featured on ABC World News Tonight, NPR, msNBC, The Boston Globe, and CNN. Her research interest is in incorporating mind-body therapies into mainstream medicine. Her recent study was voted one of the Top 10 Integrative Medicine Breakthroughs of 2011 by the HuffPost.

She received her B.A. from Barnard College, M.D. from St. Georges University, and M.P.H. from Columbia University’s School of Public Health. She did her Internal Medicine training at UMDNJ Cooper. Prior to her career in academic medicine, Dr. Nerurkar was a consultant in Geneva at a World Health Organization collaborating center on HIV and migration. She has also spent time in Ghana as a volunteer physician.
