He has authored or co-authored various publications on a wide range of national security topics, including: counterterrorism, cyberspace, illicit nuclear proliferation networks, post-9/11 legal doctrine, U.S. intelligence cooperation with Middle Eastern and Asian nations, Iraqi leadership dynamics, and military issues in South Asia.

He is currently co-authoring a book on America’s campaigns against al Qaeda in the decade following 9/11.
