Movie Star Thomas Jane Tweets About UFO Conference

Posted: 07/21/2012 1:30 pm

Another celebrity UFO tweet has hit the twittersphere. Last October several stars tweeted about UFO sightings, however this paranormal tweet comes from Thomas Jane and is regarding an upcoming UFO conference in Las Vegas. I am particularly excited about this tweet because I am hosting the conference.

Tom tweets:

Space Geeks! : A conference on Science and #UFOs, check it out: cosmic-exploration.com

I met Tom last summer at the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Symposium in Irvine, California. Of course we were all excited to have a movie star in our midst. I was even more flattered to find that the friend accompanying Tom was a fan of my radio show, which at the time I was hosting with my friend Jason McClellan. Tom and his friend asked us a lot of questions on our opinions regarding various UFO topics and notable cases. Throughout the conference Tom mentioned how he thought there should be a UFO conference with more scientists and academics. I let him know I was thinking about doing just that so he asked me to keep him updated, which I have.

Tom isn't the only celebrity interested in the topic of UFOs. Among the celebrities that tweeted UFOs last October was Demi Lovato who apparently had her own anomalous sighting in LA . She tweeted:

Did anyone else see a UFO or weird thing in the sky tonight in LA???

Besides tweeting about UFO sightings, Ridley Scott has been saying that the idea extraterrestrials lent a hand in the advancement of humankind was a major inspiration for his latest movie.

Scott told the Hollywood Reporter:

NASA and the Vatican agree that it's almost mathematically impossible that we can be where we are today without there being a little help along the way... That's what we're looking at (in the film), at some of Eric von Daniken's ideas of how did we humans come about.

Erich von Daniken's work was made famous in the 70s, when he introduced the idea that many mysterious ancient earthworks around the world must have been developed using advanced extraterrestrial technologies. He calls this the "Ancient Astronauts Theory."

I would say the CIA and republicans have covered it up for 50 years, maybe LBJ in on it too. If UFOs are not alien or interdimensional craft (which is probalby alien if other dimensions are not us) then what the heck is scaring the crap out of so many of our pilots??????????!!!!!!!!!!! We have about all foreign areas pilots giving testimony - Belgium, England, France, Iran, Chile, Japan, and now recently we have many retired American pilots of civilian and military craft stating they have seen and even chased or been chased by UFOs....So, the FAA, CIA, and whoever else is involved should come out and say "we have reopened Project Blue Book since we are interested in all these sightings around the world and would like to scientifically investigate it further so we will restart the old project that the Condon Report summarized in the late 1960's..." I bet the scientets around the world think the US Govt is covering it up unless they think their pilots and others seeing UFOs are wrong/hallucinating, but their experts seem to think these are real and should be studied for safety issues so if CIA, etc. do not come forth with it USA will be considered a big coverup on this and other scientist will lose faith in the American science community...because of republicans.

Interestingly enough, the DIA is the agency that was originally tasked with developing a system of protocols to deal with ET visitors, manage the information and protect the secret. It was only later that they became the main Signals Intelligence and communications monitoring agency. It was at that point that the DIA's existence was revealed.

If one looks at the ancient and highly sophisticated archaeological evidence discovered around the world, including places in Peru that defy standard models of human development, it becomes clear that mankind did not stagger out of caves and immediately set out to build astounding, precise and astronomically significant monuments with stone age tools. Until the academic arrogance that dominates current asumptions is seen for what it is, namely stubborn denial of reality and hard core evidence, we will remain basically mired down in nonsensical models that are taught in colleges all over the world.

When you present physical proof that humans were engaged in advanced disciplines eons ago, the entrenched and spineless " academics" mumble and mutter about " anomlies " as if they were somehow not worthy of consideration, always fearful of being seen as outside the " mainstream", which means their paycheks rely on adherence to the disproven but " untouchable" asumptions that their disciplines have clung to since Darwinian guess work became the bedrock of all other sciences.

If an archaeologist presents obvious human craftwork of a precise nature predating assumed progress they are lambasted and shunned, even though their detractors have no answers other than the obvious. Science demands that evidence be dealt with, not rejected due to preconceived notions, but today it is a sad fact that the truth is held hostage by fear of ridicule and loss of money.

A quick perusal of " anomalies' discovered disprove the standard viewpoints.

You spend too little time researching the facts...if all you can contribute are snide assumptions why bother? You do not refute what I said, you provide no rebuttal, and people like you are the reason we are still entrenched in arguments based not on the evdience but on the fear of being ridiculed by academics....comenst like yours betray a mindset both lacking in knowledge and a glaring willingness to show hos shallow your thinking is...you deserve sympathy from those of us who actually dig deep into subjects and comment intelligently...

The base footprint of the Mayan pyramids and the Egyptian pyramids is identical. How? Aerial maps of the South American continent were found there, how would ancient natives know how the continent looked from the sky?

And so on.

You would think the aliens had better things to do,and,if they provided aid, would have done a better job.

Not to sound crazy here, but as someone that's done their homework, It took the church 400 years to admit condoms help prevent child birth. It took the US government 30 years to admit area 51 (groom lake, dreamland) existed. It took 10 years for the US Government to just NOW release info on a new warplane that can reach 16k mph and make it anywhere in the world in an hour.. project aurora.. How in the world do you think the US will ever give up a possible military advantage over the rest of the planet? For the church now to say "okay, its possible" only took them 2000 years.
To admit it now would be proof of a 60 year old lie and would probably cause some popularity damage on the government, to deny it anymore just means this is their way of gracefully dancing out of a "cosmic top secret" mess. 28 levels of clearence above the president....

Excellent point and well made. People hide behind their fear and cite things like "when I see the evidence", as if the men that rule this planet think releasing that info would benefit them. If people were officially notified that ET's are real, there is a risk of the breakdown of religious and governmental controls over the populace. Control is what it's all about.
