Bone marrow has grown in popularity at restaurants across the country. A great presentation and umami flavor makes it a consistent hit. But you rarely see home cooks attempting it -- and Harold Dieterle is here to fix that. Dieterle, best known as the original winner of Top Chef, also runs the aptly named 'The Marrow' restaurant, and his signature dish is a bone marrow with uni.
