Feijoada is a classic meat and bean dish with African origins and a Portuguese heritage. It is known for having enough flavor to knock your socks off.

We wanted to learn the perfect version, so went to acclaimed Harlem restaurant The Cecil to learn their version. Chef JJ Johnson gave his oxtail-heavy take on the dish and the results are sure to impress.
