For a lot of home cooks, mayonnaise is just an extra condiment to use at the barbecue. But Mario Batali thinks it's actually a lot more versatile. We caught up with the chef and host of The Chew at the Hellmann's Mayonnaise 100th anniversary party, and he gave us some tips that were completely unexpected.
