Alice Lin Fabiano has served as a Director of Worldwide Corporate Contributions at Johnson & Johnson since July 2011. In her role, she is responsible for developing the philanthropic strategy and portfolio in global health innovation, with an initial focus on mobile health (mhealth) programs. Ms. Lin Fabiano is also responsible for fostering Johnson & Johnson’s partnerships with governmental, nongovernmental and academic organizations. As the daughter of immigrant parents, Ms. Lin Fabiano is deeply committed to achieving health equity for all, no matter where they are born.

Ms. Lin Fabiano sits on the Steering Committee for Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA), a Johnson & Johnson partnership that delivers vital health messages to new and expectant mothers in developing countries via mobile phones. MAMA’s efforts align with the UN Secretary-General’s Every Woman Every Child campaign and efforts to achieve Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Lin Fabiano was a strategy consultant at The Bridgespan Group where she tackled global issues including projects accelerating social change through providing education to women. Before joining Bridgespan, Ms. Lin Fabiano worked at Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). She began her career at Morgan Stanley where she helped launch the firm’s Microfinance Institutions Group that raised more than $100 million for women entrepreneurs around the globe. Ms. Lin Fabiano’s areas of expertise include strategic philanthropy, social enterprise, and innovation in mHealth.

Ms. Lin Fabiano holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a proud board member of Prakti Design, a social enterprise that designs cook stoves for the world's poor.
