Alison Shulman
Alison Shulman is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Licensed Social Worker, Writer and Advocate for Health Literacy and Mindfulness Research. She is trained in MBSR Mindfulness Based stress Reduction.

She is working with schools in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area on Health and Wellness Initiatives. In this context she has written and launched four innovative health curricula: Empowering, Slow Lunch, Project Connect and Stress Fix Six.

She and her partner Joslyn Hills are conducting Mindfulness Research on Listening and comparing and contrasting Face to Face versus Computer Mediated Communication.

Alison holds a BA from Vanderbilt University, MSW from Catholic University and IHCC from Duke Integrative Medicine.
