Allison V. Manswell is a corporate learning executive and life coach. Her expertise in human resources management includes a combination of curriculum design, facilitation and organizational effectiveness. With over 18 years experience in the fields of brain-mind theory and adult learning techniques, she has been responsible for all levels of employee development and executive leadership programs.

In addition to the ASTD Credential as a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, she holds Masters degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Managerial Leadership. She also holds in BA in Justice and Law Enforcement from the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, MB. Early in her career she worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
