Amir spent several years in management consulting for Deloitte Consulting working with senior executives in a variety of Fortune 100 companies. Subsequently, he founded Conrad Asher Licensing Group, Inc., a Los Angeles-­‐based sports apparel company, and Coleman Living, a joint-­‐venture partner of the Coleman Company. He serves on the boards of several California-­‐based ventures, including: Tabletops Unlimited, Inc. (a leading US housewares manufacturer), Wild East Group (a branding agency), Kaloud (a leading US specialty manufacturer), cPrime Inc. (a Northern California technology/staffing company) and as a senior advisor to Oblong Industries (a Los Angeles computer interface company).

Amir’s takes great pride in building something from nothing and in designing/manufacturing of products that reach nearly every American household. His passion for entrepreneurship takes him to entrepreneurial communities all over the world as a champion and advocate on behalf of the American entrepreneur. Amir has a long and successful track record of fostering and building entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Amir is also the Co-­‐Founder of the Legacy Foundation, an exclusive invite-­‐only group of select individuals that originated in Los Angeles and has spread to multiple cities around the globe. Legacy Foundation is comprised of some of the world's most exceptional thinkers and innovative entrepreneurs including individuals from venture-­‐backed and Inc 500 companies, luminaries from the entertainment, non-­‐profit, and philanthropic worlds, as well as prominent politicians. Legacy Foundation meets regularly for hosted dinners and weekend summits.

In addition to the above, Amir served on the Board of Directors of the Entrepreneurs Organization (“EO”) and currently sits on the board of the Young Presidents Organization (“YPO”) Bel Air Chapter. Amir served on the planning committee of the EO Alchemy Conference, a first of its kind global entrepreneur’s conference, originating in Amir’s backyard—Los Angeles.

Amir is also on the founding board of the Hub Los Angeles, which brings change-­‐makers together to take action for the betterment of Los Angeles. He is also an Advisory Board member at the LA Sports and Entertainment Commission (“LASEC”), an organization dedicated to promoting the City of Los Angeles’ major sporting and entertainment events to spur the local economy. He also serves on the boards of non-­‐ profits such as The Riordan Programs at UCLA and The Anderson School Alumni Board.

Additionally, Amir is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and selected to be in their Future Leaders program. Amir also serves on the board of NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) and the leadership council of PAAIA (Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans).

In the past, Amir served as a US Delegate to the G20Y Summit in France and was Co-­‐Chair of the G8Y Summit in Washington DC as well as numerous other global entrepreneurial initiatives. Amir serves on the Clinton Foundation Millennium Network Leadership Council and has hosted many events with President Clinton on behalf of the Clinton Foundations’ Global Initiatives. He also worked closely with the White House to co-­‐found National Entrepreneurs Day, to celebrate and recognize entrepreneurs around the country. He is dedicated to the work these organizations do and has a long track record of involvement with these groups.

Amir’s tireless efforts have gained him many accolades and he has been featured in the New York Times Best Selling book "Who's Got Your Back," by Keith Ferrazzi, and most recently “The Sleeping Giant” by Ken McElroy, a collaborative work about influential and successful entrepreneurs.

Amir completed his undergraduate degree from UC Irvine in Economics, Management, and Computer Science. He completed his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
