Amy Palmer is an Emmy-Nominated Show Creator, Executive Producer, TV Host, Writer and Director.

She is the Founder of PowerwomenTV, an online series about women in business and women entrepreneurs. The series highlights women’s career paths, their journeys to success and the wisdom they have learned along the way. The show celebrates women achieving their dreams while inspiring others to follow their own paths. The series is expected to launch Summer 2009.

For over three seasons, Amy was the Host, Producer and Creator of New York 360*”, a local entertainment show in New York City. The show covered everything from fashion, music, television, film, theatre, sports, technology, new media and publishing. It ran on WNBC-TV and NYCTV and received multiple Emmy Nominations.

Amy began her on-camera career as a Host, Reporter and Producer for Plum TV in the Hamptons where she developed original programming and covered entertainment stories. She has also been a Producer, Writer and Director at various networks including MTV, VH1 and MSNBC. She has produced a wide-range of shows including Total Request Live, Daria, MTV Hits and MSNBC Investigates.

Amy has been the host of numerous awards shows including The Matrix Awards, The Broadcasting & Cable Awards, The Gotham Awards and The NY Emmy Awards. She has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC News Now, Extra, MTV, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider and Associated Press Television. In addition, she has reported for WNBC-TV's "Weekend Today" where she covered the film and TV industry in New York City.

Amy is currently an On-Air Correspondent for In Touch Weekly. She appears on national and local television reporting on celebrity news, fashion and lifestyle trends.

Amy resides in New York City and holds a bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University.
