Mouth-watering recipies. We're going to give the mushroom buger recipie and the chilli a try, using local ground grassfed beef, of course!

Andrew I love the idea of putting mushrooms in the burgers. I'm sure it helps them stay juicy, and allows for a little less meat (always good) w/o losing the deliciousness. Also, my grandfather taught me to make "salsa cheese" when I was seven years old and it was my favorite food for many years -- never thought to add sausage but I'm going to try it. YUM.
