Andrew Kent recently accepted a position as an Associate Professor of Law at Fordham Law School in New York City. He is currently finishing an appointment as a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer at Harvard Law School. Mr. Kent's teaching, research and writing focus on national security law, constitutional law, international law and American legal history. He just joined the blog National Security Advisors, www.natseclaw.com. Before entering the academy, Mr. Kent practiced law in the litigation, securities and white collar criminal defense groups of the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, and served as a law clerk to two federal judges. Mr. Kent received his JD from Yale Law School and AB from Harvard College.
