One day after being dismissed from her position as Miss California, controversial beauty queen Carrie Prejean has landed a role in a new reality TV series, "I'm a Right-wing Tool... Get Me Out of Here!"
Ms. Prejean will join an eclectic mix of other right-wing tools past and present, including TV host Glenn Beck and former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, in a show which network promotional materials describe as "'The Surreal Life' meets The National Review."
Over the course of the series, Ms. Prejean will be subjected to endurance tests which "will test the limits of her right-wing sensibilities," according to the network promo kit.
In the first episode, taped yesterday, Ms. Prejean was forced to attend a lesbian wedding and a Michael Moore film, and then recycle several newspapers and cans.
"It was a horrible experience," the former Ms. California said afterwards. "Maybe I should have just gone and posed for Playboy after all."
