MSNBC Brings Back Olbermann, on Lockup

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report) - Responding to the furor over Keith Olbermann's suspension from the network, MSNBC announced today that it would restore Mr. Olbermann to its schedule, on the popular prison show Lockup.

"We think this is a win-win situation," said MSNBC president Phil Griffin. "Our viewers will get their beloved Keith back, and we'll have him in a place that feels right for us."

Mr. Griffin refused to confirm Internet rumors that Mr. Olbermann would be placed in solitary confinement, saying only, "Nothing has been taken off the table."

To reward him for his deft handling of the Olbermann situation, NBC today bestowed upon Mr. Griffin its coveted Jeff Zucker Executive Leadership Award. Continue reading here.
