The 24-year-old singer appeared in a photoshoot for UK fashion magazine Grazia and admitted she had lost a lot of weight.
She said she had slimmed down from a size 14 to a 10 after going on a major detox after spending months in the studio.
"I've always been conscious of my weight," she said.
When asked if there was anything that she would change about herself she added: "No, I feel pretty confident."
But Leona admitted that she is more aware of her appearance since becoming famous.
She said: "Now I sometimes feel like I can't wear certain things, so I've stopped looking at photos of myself. You become more self-conscious."
So how does that explain the bleached skin and blonde hair? Is Leona more self-conscious than she cares to admit? Is she slowly, perhaps unknowingly, turning herself white?
