CHICAGO - Addressable TV, sometimes called "the holy grail" of video advertising, has reached a key milestone as the media agency Starcom has implemented the delivery of addressable TV ads for Allstate to some 14 million Dish Network and DIRECT TV subscribers, says Tracy Scheppach, EVP/Innovations Director for VivaKi/Starcom MediaVest Group in this interview with Beet.TV
