I hope that the time is not too far off when the idea of animal food will be found revolting to civilization. Experienced my first organic vegan balanced meal in Boston served by Aveline Kushi at her "restaurant/cooking school" The Seventh Inn... I was among the original patrons of Casa de Luz in Austin,Texas.
