Ann Leary (www.annleary.com) is the author of the memoir, An Innocent, A Broad (Morrow, 2004) which details her experience having a premature baby, unexpectedly, in the UK. Her first novel, Outtakes From A Marriage (Shaye Areheart, 2008) has recently been released in paperback. She is finishing work on a second novel and is a compulsive blogger: www.annleary.com.

She and actor/comedian Denis Leary met in 1982 and have been married for 20 years. They have a 19 year old son and a 17 year old daughter. They live on a small farm in Connecticut with three horses, three dogs and a variety of bats, rats, raccoons and coyotes who come and go as they please.
