Ms. Annat Dror-Sanchez has extensive academic and practical experience in the world of Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her knowledge as a change management consultant has allowed her to integrate theory and research based methods into our practical business world. As a Corporate Trainer in education, she has hands on experience in instructional design, adult learning theory and web based learning. Her expertise lies in Training and Recruiting which has given her the knowledge and understanding of the latest recruiting and training practices. Hiring hundreds of employees and training them online on hard and soft skill content has given her the opportunity to refine her oral and written communication skills. Her other areas of expertise include: organizational design, leadership and motivation, employment laws, human-resource policies and procedures, recruiting and staffing initiatives, and analysis techniques to determine training needs and solutions. Annat has strong experience in staff development, design and implementation of effective instructional programs and materials that strengthen staff performance in compliance with all company and government requirements. Annat has exceptional analytical, facilitation and communication skills. Her personal interests include spending time with her husband and two beautiful children ages 5 and 3.

Additionally, Annat has teamed up with two other colleagues to write a book on positive change and family, work-life balance. This book came to life through their professional and personal experiences. They have shifted the organizational theories that have been implemented in the workplace to their personal sphere. Their hypothesis: If it works in the workplace, why not apply it at home? It worked for them, it can work for you!
