As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at BlackRock, Anne is responsible for shaping the diversity strategy and integrating it into the business. She is a well respected leader in the field, and has written extensively in the area of gender diversity and work-life integration, including co-authoring the best-selling book, Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace with Today's Nontraditional Workforce (HBS Press, 2007), The Gender Dividend: Making the Business Case for Investing in Women (Deloitte, 2011), and Paths to Power: Advancing Women in Government (Deloitte, 2010).

Anne joined BlackRock from Deloitte, where she was a Director in the U.S. firm’s Talent organization and helped lead the internal implementation of Mass Career Customization, a signature initiative of Deloitte's Talent agenda. Prior to joining Deloitte, Anne was a Senior Director in the Advisory Services practice at Catalyst, where she advised clients on diversity strategies. She is also co-author of Everything a Working Mother Needs to Know (Doubleday 1994). Before writing the book, Ms. Weisberg practiced law in New York and clerked for a federal judge in Chicago.

She received her Bachelor of Science Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School. She and her husband live in New York and have five children between them.
