Anthony, who is also an avid outdoorsman, was always best known for his artsy creative side; where he excelled in music, art, painting, and shredding licks across the fretboard of his guitar while still finding the time to excel as an avid photographer, poet, and writer; all of which are featured on his artistic site over at www.congiano.com.

In the late '90's, when not writing music & snappin' pix, he worked in the Healthcare industry; first behind the counter ringing up sales, later as an orthitist’s assistant where he held certifications to fabricate custom vascular compression garments for burn victims and lymphoedema patients. Anthony’s career then shifted gears at the turn of the century to the Information Technology industry where he administered a large Helpdesk overseeing support for three countries along with multiple locations in the US; he also held certifications from IBM, Comp TIA, & Microsoft.

His political interests were initially sparked by the election in 2000 but it was the election of 2004 that really lit the fire that has since blazed into the Manual for Democracy.

Today, as a fiscally conservative advacate against Government waste, such as granting billions of dollars in tax breaks to Oil Companies but socially liberal Democrat promoting libertarian views concerning 'victimless crimes & consent' but possessing an iron fist when it comes to violent crime and thievery... including a specific disdain for white collar crime, Anthony Congiano finds himself in the center of the political game. Often reflecting the views of Barry Goldwater or leaning left in an attempt to emulate Franklin D. Roosevelt but, most often pushing back against the authoritarian far right-wing neo-cons of the Bush Administration.
