April L. Bogle is a strategic communications consultant and serves as director of public relations for Emory University's Center for the Study of Law and Religion (CSLR) and senior communications advisor at Candler School of Theology. She provides communication solutions to a broad spectrum of organizations – corporations, academic institutions and non-profit organizations – to help them achieve financial, service, educational and other performance goals. With 25 years of experience as a consultant and staff executive, she has driven strategies for Emory University, Delta Air Lines, Pharmacia Corporation (now Pfizer), the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, Heifer International, the Atlanta Market Center, the Fund for Theological Education, Cotton States Insurance and many other organizations.

She co-wrote and published her first book, When Law and Religion Meet: The Point of Convergence, in commemoration of the CSLR's 25th anniversary.

April holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Indiana University. She is a member of the Council of Communication Management and a past board member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Atlanta Chapter. She has won numerous awards for her work in print and video communications, and photography, most notably the IABC Gold Quill for an employee communication program that increased the organization’s bottom-line financial results.
