Al Qaeda #2 Ayman al-Zawahri appeared on Al Jazeera TV and rained (nearly Katrina'd) all over Americas post election glow. Basically, dude bitched about Obamas intended policies and reminded us that Al Qaeda still seriously P.O.'d. Right. As if we could forget. Grumpy Mc-Zawahri ranted so long about Obamas Middle East policies and acceptance of Israel that he never got to his views on whether or not Prop 8 should have passed. I'm holding my breath for that one.

I'm beginning to think that those Al Qaeda guys may never be happy. I mean, how hardened must a radical religious terrorist be to not feel the glow of Obama's political messiah-ness through the screen? When a politicians Q ratings are as off the charts as Obama's, you'd think even a terrorist would be inspired to join hands and sing We Are the World after seeing him speak.

In summation, despite the fact that our President-elect has vowed to pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan AND discontinue Bush's policies, al-Zawahri urged his followers to continue to regard America as the enemy. I guess living in a cave and getting all your information from Al Jazeera can really take a toll ones ability to let go of the anger.
