Barack Obama > Hitler

So when I woke up today my first thought wasn't of Barack Obama's impending speech in Berlin (it's usually more along the lines of "¿don't pee here?") but duh, he spoke and I was there. Well not "there" but I saw the Fox and Friends commentary on my iPhone. (I don't have an iPhone but I have a small portable TV player I've attached to my Walkman)

I was totally on the fence about Barack Obama being exactly like Adolph Hitler, but then I saw that he had all these fans in Germany that loved to shout his name. Coincidence? Clearly I am not the only person to see the resemblance (all of Fox News agrees with me). How else can we explain Chris Cillizza's comments in The Washington Post today:

On the one hand, it is a potent symbol of the excitement his candidacy has caused worldwide. On the other, thousands and thousands of cheering Germans may not play well stateside.

Plus, one of Obama's grandmother was a white woman. So was Hitler's. And do you know who else had a firm stance on economic and global policy change? Yeah, that's right. The guy with the Chaplin mustache. Even the famous designer Apollo Braun agrees with me!

First amendment rights my ass, what kind of country is this when people can't go around New York City in their designer tees proclaiming "Obama is my Slave?" Nazi Germany? Haha, yes. I just proved my own point, again. Still, if you aren't convinced, take a look at this totally legitimate film (I think it was nominated for something at Flashdance) I found on the internet site "youtube":

Nothing says "valid argument" like a close-up shot of someone's mouth while someone else is talking and the theme song from Requiem for a Dream plays. Not only does this prove that Barack Obama is a Nazi, but probably a heroin addict as well. This is it America, who do you want answering your phone at 3am? We should have just voted for that woman lady who was exactly like Mussolini.

you know what i love? an entire generation of journalists who went to the same prep schools, went to the same ivy league (or precious liberal arts schools), have no real world experience, and are so entitled that they are above concerns like education, health care, and jobs. what i love second best is when these entitled writers decide they need to share their clositered view of the world with the rest of us. my third favorite thing is an entitled generation, who will lay down their lives for their constitutional rights as long as they don't have to switch to dial-up internet connections. please don't critque others for being narrow minded when your own reactions are so trite - and so predictable.

whoops - it was, of course oberlin. if it were reed, you would have been slightly more serious and also more self-congratulatory. so. again. why should anyone listen to someone with a $200K education and an iphone? maybe if you try really, really hard, 23/6, you can find people who have to work for a living and have something to say.

You know what I love? Self-important commentors who think they know everything about a writer because they managed to discern where she went to college. Please don't critique others for being narrow minded or homogenous when your reactions are so trite.

sorry, honey, but you lost me with the german summer vacation and your troubles with your iphone. do you go to reed or hampshire? why in the world should anyone listen to yet another entitled snark? isn't the msm filled with them? do we really need more from the alternative press. i have a novel idea. why don't you guys find someone who ISNT rich to write for you?
