The Senate voted today on a resolution expressing "unwavering commitment" to Israel and its actions, with all of the criticism placed on Hamas and none on Israel. As ThinkProgress notes, Democrats took the lead in drafting the legislation so they wouldn't be "out-hawked" by Republicans. This is a sickening, repulsive move on the Dems part, and it won't be their last. Here are some other upcoming pieces of legislation they plan on passing so they don't appear soft on Defense:

• Finish the job on Japan
• Remove middleman, bomb Gaza ourselves
• Exhume, re-hang Saddam Hussein
• Rename Barack Obama "Joe the Plumber"
• Hold special election, appoint George W. Bush "chancellor" and hope for the best
• Change letter before name from (D) to (R)
