Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean has definitely said that either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama has to drop out after the last primary in June. And if they don't? Well, then he will...say it again? Give them a good talking to in the Chairman's office? Slash their tires?
Chairman How didn't say what consequences the two candidates would face if they failed to heed his warning, but he did say that one of them has to because "we really can't have a divided convention."
