Hillary Clinton's $20M mental recession

Hillary Clinton is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity: buy a t-shirt, and help pay off her debt. The black tee is $50.00 and reads, "For everyone who's ever been counted out but refused to be knocked out and for everyone who works hard and never gives up, this one is for you!" Also featured is a sillhouette of a pantsuited Mrs. Clinton, waiting to speak.

Senator Clinton owes 20 million dollars to various vendors, including the monstrosity Mark Penn. How else can you help Mrs. Clinton, if you're not a t-shirt kind of person? Flip through her Clinton Campaign Fire Sale catalog.

Sigh. Coolzville, men did have pants suits in another era. They were called leisure suits. They look very much like what dressed up matrons wear today. They, by definition, had to made of artificial fiber and the color could not be found in nature. They became objects of such scorn and derision that they were abandoned by even the dumbest dumbass.
And Ms Kilmartin you are correct. Comparing HRC's garb to Don Knotts' character on Threes Company while funny would be cruel. But just pointing out a silhouette that is even with photoshopping the "trunk", is better known than the shared silhouette of Alfred Newman and Bush.

Kilmartin,
Hello?! Men do wear pants suits!!!! They just don't call them that and the media doesn't rate their choice of suits!

You have a point about suits vs pantsuits. However, most womens' pantsuits are one color, and are often a primary color. If Barack (or McCain) consistently wore suits that were solid red, yellow, green or purple, we would be all over it.

I agree that some coverage of Hillary Clinton was sexist, but I don't believe that pointing out her sillouette (on this t-shirt) is "pantsuited" qualifies.

"Also featured is a sillhouette of a pantsuited Mrs. Clinton, waiting to speak." From above article Clinton's 20Million Dollar mental recession.
I am an educated woman and find it offensive to continue to see Senator Clinton minimized and marginalized as a woman (once a prez candidate)in these pages. I respect HuffPo but am falling ill with the continued bias and denigrating comments about Hillary Clinton.
I read an article today on CNN about the G8 and noticed a pictured of German Chancellor Angela Mercal and not one word was mentioned that she was wearing a pants suit. We conquered that nation, yet they have elected a woman to run their government, and quite well I might add, they allow gays to marry, they provide free college to all their citizens, and they have universal health care for all.
Am I to surmise that once women are accepted in the ultimate seats of power in the USA that we (the USA) will also have these most basic of national needs met? I guess first we, women, need to get out of pants suits.

disappointed,

Listen Coolzville- "Pantsuit" is a funny word. If Barack Obama wore one, I would mention it every time I wrote about him. Every story would begin, "The pantsuited Barack Obama..." blah blah blah.

As for this being a Clinton-only obsession, a recent article in Spiegel mentions Angela Merkel's pantsuit:

"She herself is decked out in a green pantsuit. She's always decked out in a pantsuit."

Germans are not known for their sense of humor and even they love the word "pantsuit." So lighten up.
