Obama not bringing blacks and whites together (his parents excepted)
The New York Times published a poll on Wednesday asserting that Obama's campaign has done little to close the racial divide. Among the findings, more than 80 percent of black voters have a favorable opinion of Mr. Obama compared to 30 percent of white voters.
The Obama campaign hit back with their own polling, which includes the point that Obama's 31% favorable rating among white voters is virtually identical to McCain's, which is at 34%.
Are you typical of your race? If yes, then how you feel about Obama tells us if you are black or white. Confirm your racial identity, take our quiz!
