Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice chastised Iran for not being "serious" at a seven-nation diplomatic talk in Switzerland last weekend. Talks were designed to curb Iran's nuclear program, but Rice said the nation's chief negotiator used stalling tactics and went on tangents that annoyed the other diplomats and failed to provide substantive answers.

Unfortunately, attempts to negotiate via IM were even less successful. How unserious can one country be?
