John McCain's not a dangerous, senile old man—he's a former POW

John McCain and his first wife, just before she was dealt POW card

Hey, did you know John McCain was a POW? You probably didn't, because he's so famously private about it. As he said in July, "I am always reluctant to talk about these things."

Yes, shy, reluctant John. But, shockingly, he seems to be coming out of his shell lately. After answering every question at the Rick Warren forum with a story about being a POW, the next day his spokeswoman issued a statement about whether McCain had heard the questions beforehand: "The insinuation from the Obama campaign that John McCain, a former prisoner of war, cheated is outrageous." Yeah, doesn't everybody know by now? Being a prisoner of war means the only thing you cheat on is your first wife.

We suspect this won't be the last time McCain plays the POW card. As we're finding out, the POW card is amazingly versatile—it can be used in almost any situation. If you, or someone you love, is similarly "reluctant" to talk about their POW experience (and they haven't cheated on you and left you yet), you'll want to check out our 23/6 Guide to Playing the POW Card.

Is being permanently and totally disabled, a prerequisite for the House of Representatives, the Senate or the Office of President? How about Manager of IHOP? Where can I sign up my drinking buddies?

I recall another Naval aviator shot down. A highly decorated ace that heroically evaded capture. He also retired from the navy as a Lt. Commander with various responsibilities and leadership experience. He successfully ran for Congress. At this time former Congressman Randy Cunningham is occupying a prison cell for his conduct while serving as a member of congress.

Wartime experience does not a "resume" make.

McCain decided to leave the Navy. He was unlikely ever to be promoted to the rank of full admiral, as he had poor annual physicals and had been given no major sea command.[61] In early 1981, he was reportedly told that he would be promoted to rear admiral but declined the prospect, as he had already made plans to run for Congress and said he could "do more good there."[62] McCain retired from the Navy on April 1, 1981[63] as a captain.[64] He was designated as disabled and awarded a disability pension.

He was reportedly told he would be promoted?????? You do get told your are getting promoted unless you were selected by the Navy Promotion Selection Board. Was his name on this list?

John McCain is the only person I know who gets to turn down a promotion when his name was not even on a Navy Promotion Slection List. Obtain this list and you will not see McCain's listed on it. Now how can he turn down a promotion when he either was not selected or he was not eligle for promotion. CHECK THIS MAN LIES OUT. he make Hillary seem like an angel.

The news media is not pressing McCain for his military records. This man may get lucky and get the OVAL Office. When do the people find out that he is a nut cake? This man has a lot of revenge to issue to other countries for him being a POW.

John McCain Knows how to catch Osama but want tell anyone how. Is this Country First or Oval Office First? What a Fake of a retired military officer. I am ashame of him. He has used his POW experience to milk this country for all its worth. He does not have the mental capacity to be Commander-In-Chief. In fact, his time as a Senator should end very soon.

John McCain was never asked if he had sex with that Lobbyist. Romantic Relation and Sex are like apples and oranges. Someone MUST ask him if he had sex with her.

Mock him all you'd like...but that POW Card got him an amazing upgrade in the wife department. Younger, healthier & Dirty-Filthy-Sexy Rich with unlimited access to beer and pills.

His old pick up line: "hey baby, I know some stress positions that will blow your mind"...worked like a charm. As a matter of fact, The DRILL HERE, DRILL NOW slogan was born that night. So, who's laughing now..Suckas.

Just a few games of Naughty Prisoner/Dominatrix Prison Guard later...

Eight Mansions- $100 million dollars
Swanky non-elitist shoes- $500.00
Sympathy date/adultery - Priceless

Don't hate the player, hate the game...
Better yet, get your own POW Card at any participating
McCain Election Center in the Greater Baghdad area. Act now, supplies are unlimited and this offer may expire in 100 years. Ability to crash 4 multi-million dollar military aircraft due to pilot error will be verified. Valid record of moral leadership and/or decency not required.
