When Democrats Attack: Obama as you've never seen himchagrined
Still think Obama is too cool for the down-and-dirty of politics? Evidently you haven't seen the new Obama. After being attacked relentlessly for weeks, and responding the traditional Democratic way (going on vacation), Obama is backand he's mad as H-E-DOUBLE -HOCKEY-STICKS and he's not going to take it anymore!
The media buzz is all about the new attack-mode Obama. Want a taste? Here's an example from a speech Obama gave to a veteran's group [warning: strong Democratic language ahead, proceed at your own risk]:
"I have never suggested that Senator McCain picks his positions on national security based on politics or personal ambition. I have not suggested it because I believe that he genuinely wants to serve America's national interest. Now, it's time for him to acknowledge that I want to do the same."
Whoasettle down, Terminator! It's a wonder that after that kind of blistering counter-attack John McCain and his Karl Rove-protege Steve Schmidt didn't just fold up their tents and go home. He didn't say what would happen if McCain didn't "acknowledge" Obama is a nice person, but you can only imagine! Who says that Obama is adrift and not willing to get a little blood on his collar to do what it takes to stop a dangerously out-of-touch warmonger from becoming president and killing a few hundred thousand people? Clearly, this is a man who realizes what's at stake in November.
Think your ears can stand some more? Just try out the 23/6 Attack-Mode Obama Chat Bot for the full range of what John McCain is in store over the next eight weeks. Just type in an attack, and behold the awesome fury of Barack Obama.
