If they IM'd: McCain's VP prospects
John McCain's about to announce his VP pick, and America is sitting very far from the edge of its seat. The short list is down to front-runner Mitt Romney, Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, and in an effort to capture the 2000 election nostalgia vote, Joe Lieberman. Yes, that's right, Joe Lieberman. Apparently, he and John are friends.
As the decidedly small waves of speculation begin lapping quietly upon the shore, we bet these three prospects can't wait to hear the big announcement. Perhaps they should talk it through via a nice friendly IM...
