Dodging Troopergate: Palin should stoke Americans' deep-seated mistrust of Alaskans

I'ma go punch those icicle indians in their blubber basket!

The Palin-McCain campaign has another wrinkle to iron out this week. The Alaskan legislature has concluded their inquiry into "Troopergate," ruling that Gov. Palin did abuse her power in her efforts to fire Trooper Mike Wooten. Sounds pretty bad, but there is a way for Sarah to get out of this, and it's something she's good at. Gov. Palin must stoke Americans' deep-seated mistrust of Alaskans.

She just needs to lay off the "Obama is a terrorist" hate-mongering, and shift her message to something along the lines of, "Pfft. You're gonna listen to the legislature in Alaska? I mean, come on. Is that even a real state?" Obviously, this could result in a question of Gov. Palin's own credentials, having used her executive experience as Alaska's Governor to justify her VP candidacy. But no one on the left or the right ever really took that "executive experience" crap seriously, did they? Sure, we all kind of pretended to for a little while. But after the past few weeks, all bets are off (thank you Katie Couric!).

So, with nothing to lose, Gov. Palin needs to appeal to the lower 48's long-held condescension towards her home state. All she has to do is start suggesting that her state legislature has been "pallin' around with Eskimos" and talk about how they "spent all month in their igloo makin' snow angels and this is what they came up with?" She should also point out that when Eskimos kiss, they don't even use their lips. "What are they afraid of, Eskimo herpes?"

If it works as well as her "Obama is a terrorist" push, not only will the Troopergate report be ignored, but a handful of her supporters should be heading up north real soon to "go assassinate those whale eatin' Nanook sons o' bitches." And everyone in the lower 48 would be more than grateful if Palin convinced just a few of her supporters to leave town for a little while.

The Alaskan legislature has obviously been infiltrated and taken over by Russians. The real legislature delegates are currently being used by Vladimir Putin as judo training dummies, as seen in the recent video... originally intended as a means of terrifying Alaskans who refused to cooperate. I can't name my sources for obvious reasons.

Thank you. I showed this to the guy in a gray suit & brown shoes to get rid of him. The cheap skate wouldn't pay for my tea. Doesn't the FBI pay its agents?

I have had more than my share of Sarah Soundbite and Her running mate John McShame. They have single handedly set Woman and race relations back by 50 years. They have sown the seeds of division in a country that has moved on and they are disgusting...And so is McCain's wife, Pharmaceutical Cindy.
