John McCain about to ask Cindy for a raise in his allowance
It's not just the working man who's finding himself strapped for cash. The McCain campaign recently had trouble filling seats for a $25 thousand-per-plate fundraiser in Manhattan, mainly because the same corporate executives and Wall Street moguls who can afford to attend the event are the very same guys that McCain accuses of having caused the current economic crisis.
Maybe a sit-down dinner and a McCain photo up simply isn't a sweet enough deal for 25 large ones. With just days left until the election, how can McCain pack the house?
