We're Going With The Rumor: Joe the Plumber got Cindy hooked on drugs
According to blogger Martin Eisenstadt, Joe Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," may be related to an old pal of John McCain's: Charles Keating. It seems that Joe, from Toledo, Ohio, is related to Robert Wurzelbacher, from Milford, Ohio. And who is Robert Wurzelbacher? He's the son-in-law of Charles Keating, and is now known as Robert the Felon, having been sentenced to 40 months in prison in 1993 for his role in the Keating Five (or the "McCain + 4") scandal. He was also, until he, uh, went away for a while, a huge donor to the Republican Party.
Good enough for us. We're going with the rumor.
So what's it meean?
In the new 2008 campaign math, because Joe the Plumber is now clearly responsible for Cindy McCain being a drug addict, since the stress of the Keating 5 scandal was one of the factors that forced her to loot a charity for prescription drugs, it means that John McCain is now palin' around with drug dealers. So can we really trust him? Does he see America like we do?
Also, turns out that Joe might not even be a plumber. According to the diarist Hercegovac on Daily Kos, Joe doesn't seem to be licensed in Ohio. That doesnt' mean he won't come over to your house and continue trying to "live the American dream" by charging you $300 to push a snake through your bathroom sink.
UPDATE! It's possible that we're wrong.
