Democrats gun it to 60!
Bye bye Ted Stevens! The veteran Alaska Senator learned yesterday that people in Alaska are so small-minded that they see a felony conviction for corruption as a bad thing.
This means the Democrats now have 58 seats in the Senate, just two seats shy of the "Magic 60" Filibuster-proof majority. And those two seats are so close the Dems can smell 'em. In Georgia, GOP incumbent Saxby Chambliss failed to win enough votes to avoid a runoff vote in December. While in Minnesota, GOP incumbent Norm Coleman managed only a 215 vote lead over Al Franken, with the election going to a recount.
Okay Georgia and Minnesota. Make this shit happen! Georgia, get those Dems to the polls. How often do they get to vote twice? Minnesota, find those Franken votes! We could have a Congress that's actually capable of doing something! After the jump, we do our part with some new campaign posters...
Hang this one on your favorite Georgia lamp-post:

And slap this one on a prominently placed Minnesota snowbank...
