Today is judgment day for Rod Blagojevich. The Illinois House is going to vote on whether to impeach their abundantly coiffed Governor. They are almost certainly going to vote Rod out, and we're almost certain that their vote won't matter a damn. When the Blago story broke there was a resounding chorus of absolute declarations against seating anyone Blago might appoint to Obama's Senate seat. With Roland Burris looking like a done-deal for that seat, Rod has shown he's much craftier than previously assumed.
