"I'm the decider," President Bush declared on Tuesday, "I decide what's best." This week's decider scorecard: Scottie is out, Rove is demoted, and Rummy isn't going anywhere. Bush was so decisive we considered letting him pick our Sunday Roundup, but thought better of it, and stuck with our usual evaluative mix of clicks, e-mail forwards, reader comments, editorial judgment, and "Rock, Paper, Scissors".
