Aura Bogado is a freelance writer and journalist. Bogado was a founding member of the 33 1/3 Books Collective in Echo Park, and worked with Pacifica Radio for six years before returning to school this year. A fluent speaker and writer of Spanish and English, she has reported domestically as well as from South America and Mexico. Born in Argentina and raised there and in the U.S., Bogado currently lives in New Haven where she attends Yale University.
