Ali Lambert Voron

On a mission to inspire others to love and accept themselves just as they are.

Ali Lambert Voron knows what it's like to face adversity. At sixteen, she was diagnosed with alopecia areata and lost all of her hair. Ten years later, she found herself battling ulcerative colitis and ultimately opted to have her colon removed. Ali believes that she was destined to help others overcome challenges of their own and hopes that she will be able to do so through her writing.

When she is not blogging for The Huffington Post, Ali works as a professional voiceover actress and a motivational speaker. She has her own blog, The Bright Side, as well as a charity, Bald Dolls for Bald Kids, which provides bald dolls to children who have lost their hair as a result of alopecia or chemotherapy.

Ali lives in Westchester County, New York, with her husband, Mike, their daughter, Joey Love, and their dog, Max.
