A former New York Post society columnist, Penn has written, often satirically, about society, New York and polo.
She is in the midst of her novel: Seduced by Polo, the wild adventures of a society columnist turned polo player galloping into the arms of handsome Argentine men.
Her favorite projects include: working with one of J.D. Salinger's ladies on her memoirs; a book/movie in progress about Gallant Bess,the MGM equine superstar and a collaboration for a TV series highlighting the first coeds at men's colleges.
She is the author of Elaine's and Diosa: One Mare's Odyssey on the Planet Earth.
