Amy Aves Challenger is a U.S. expat living in Zürich, Switzerland writing on topics related to the marginalized, parenting, social justice, nature and faith. She contributes regularly to Huffington Post and Hello Dearest blog and Magazine. She has been published in the Washington Post, Brain, Child Magazine, Mamalode. A short story and her poetry can be found in a new anthology called "Secrets and Dreams" by Kind of a Hurricane Press. Amy tweets poetry daily, and posts photos and poetry regularly on Instagram. Amy leads creative writing workshops and is working on an upcoming novel about a family's struggles and triumphs growing alongside a special needs child.
