Ana Davila

Masters in Science in Global Affairs and Transnational Security Candidate at New York University

Ana Davila is currently a M.S in Global Affairs and Transnational Security student at New York University and has a B.A in International Relations from Monterrey’s Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Mexico. Throughout her academic preparation, Ana has devoted herself to the issues of drug trafficking and drug-related violence in Mexico and Latin America. Before coming to New York for her Masters’ program Ana worked as Advisor to the General Director at Ethos Public Policy Lab in Mexico City, a relevant Think Tank devoted to issues of economic, social, and political development. During her time in Ethos Ana specialized in political analysis and security issues. Ana has also had relevant professional experience at the American Action Network in Washington, D.C, and at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the U.N. Ana was born in Saltillo, Mexico.
