Angela Zhou is a rising senior in the World Bachelor in Business Program, spending a year at and earning a degree from each partner institution: the University of Southern California, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University. She is a Southern Califonria native and is passionate about the intersection between technology and policy. Her past experience includes working with the UNHCR on their Education Board, UN Women through the U.S. National Committee, UN Shot@Life as a Global Youth Champion, and UNA-USA as a campus representative. She has held board and leadership positions with Youth Leadership America, the California State Senate Young Senators Program, State Farm's Youth Advisory Board and Girls Incorporated. Most recently, she joined Microsoft on behalf of their Pink Cloud Initiative to include women in technology in Europe. She currently is spending her summer in San Francisco as an intern at IBM.
