Art's keen interest in food led me to enroll in Le Cordon Bleu, Hollywood campus, in 2009. As a recent graduate, his once sloppy aptitude for eating evolved into a flair for flavor, and a passion for pleasing the palate. He spent his time honing his culinary skills in the kitchens of LCB and working with renowned food stylist and recipe tester, Rochelle Palermo. Working in a test kitchen has allowed Art to explore the wide range of cooking: from working out of a truck for internet webisodes for Celebrity Chef Curtis Stone to cooking alongside chefs filming a TV pilot. But the palate never rests, and his nose is eager to sniff out his next culinary adventure. Today, Art works as a cook in the Nestle kitchens at its corporate headquarters in Glendale, Calif.
