Senior, Glenbrook North High School in Illinois
Audrey Chou is a senior at Glenbrook North High School in Illinois. She is a graphic artist for the school newspaper, The Torch, a member of the National Honor Society and a voracious reader. She has volunteered for the past three years in the Alzheimer’s disease unit at a local nursing home where she leads sing-alongs, does group crossword puzzles and serves tea at garden parties. Next fall, Audrey will attend the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and will concentrate in biomedical engineering.
