Brian K. Pinaire is a writer, researcher, and editor living in Portland, Oregon. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Pinaire holds a BA from Whitman College and a PhD from Rutgers University. Before moving to Oregon with his wife and sons, he was a teaching and research award-winning tenured professor of political science at Lehigh University. He is the author of the comic memoir, THIS IS NOT YOUR FATHER'S FATHERHOOD (2017), the scholarly treatise, THE CONSTITUTION OF ELECTORAL SPEECH LAW (2008), and several dozen articles for both academic and popular audiences.
